Hi gang

This is guaranteed to be my last post of this year (Too too too too - last post - nvm)!

Having been asked "How do you turn AFK off?" it occurred to me that it may not be as obvious as it seems.

As an initial suggestion perhaps "You are now AFK" the first time and "You are no longer AFK" the second time.

More *adventurous* could be "You will now be marked as 'AFK'. Type '/AFK' again to remove the mark", with an option (in the <esc> option menu) to turn off help messages which would suppress the latter half of that message.

I am pro'lly rambling now - 2010 hasn't been a good year for us ramblers!!!

Hoping there aren't too many hangovers.

Then you get questions about how to turn off the help messages... ;)

What about explaining that part in /help afk? It seems it only tells you how to turn it on, but not off...

I think that having the info in the /help file would be best and probably the easiest solution to the dilemma Floozy has found us in with being /afk (which, incidentally, I happen to be known for being, or something like that...)

Happy New Year, everyone! :)

It seems that once again Cleo has found an elegant solution. Yippee. I will join the universal support!

Now, when asked a question how to remember to check if /help <subject> provides the answer ??? Hmmmm ...

That answer was almost as helpful as a chocolate fire-guard NiteStar.

Are there any further suggestions, this time from a sensible person?

Chocolate? #NomNomNom

And since when am I not sensible? I was basically saying that looking to a /help file should be innate action for computer users. :p
