The Brynknot Sewers have been completed by Kiana. Go talk to Redhelm the traveler at Brynknot Square to learn about the quest.

You can access the sewers from any of the sewer holes in Brynknot. The sewers are level 1-10, and the last boss room requires at least 2 players to complete.
