You can access the new Dragons Island by taking the ship to Promethia Island (southwest of Greyton, near the red ants), and completing the Underground Maze puzzle on the southwest side of the island.

The Dragons Island is meant for higher levels, specifically 60-80, but there is a path that can be followed without luring any of the dragons to get to level 30-45 cold/fire jellies. The dragons are not to be messed with, as most of them are spellcasters, and the boss is especially powerful.

The boss dragon, Scursaur, drops a one-drop quest item, the Scursaur's Smoking Pipe, with which you can smoke pipeweed, giving you confusion and weapon magic protection at the cost of -3 constitution and -3 dexterity.
